  • Pay Interest only for the first 2 years, meaning your repayments will be reduced during the first 24 months. 
  • Capital and interest repayments apply for the remaining term. 
  • Available to First time buyers, Movers, Switcher and Public Sector workers. 
  • Ideal for those seeking breathing room in the early years of their mortgage.
  • Up to 90% Loan to Value. 
  • A minimum loan size of €100,000.
  • A maximum loan size of €1.5M (Max LTV of 75% for loans greater than €1M).
  • 5 – 35 Year Loan Term.
  • Rates from 4.25%.
  • Minimum age of applicants 18 years, maximum age on maturity 80 years.
  • Flexible Repayment Options Available.
  • Payment Breaks - customers can apply for a 3 month break from their mortgage payment up to 3 times through their mortgage term. This is to give a little breathing space during certain life events such as the birth of a child, medical or educational expenses.
  • The total cost of credit when selecting this feature will be higher than a capital and interest mortgage.
