Dr Oran McGrath, Executive Director & Co-founder of Dilosk

Dr. Oran McGrath is an Executive Director and Co-founder of Dilosk, bringing extensive expertise and a proven track record in leading companies to successful growth and strategic exits.
Founder and Executive Chairman of the multi-asset investment management company – Incapt.
Among his notable achievements, he oversaw the turnaround and sale of Medentech to ICL plc and guided Fondomonte from its start-up phase to a highly successful exit to Almarai plc.
Dr. McGrath manages his family office, Incapt, which focuses on seed capital investments for start-ups, private equity in established Irish companies, and prime commercial property ventures.
Held senior positions in Ireland and the USA with Bausch & Lomb (American Eye Health care company) from 1998 to 2007: Director of contact lens manufacturing site in Ireland (1,500 employees), VP Global Engineering in NY (600 engineers & scientists among 16 sites globally) and VP of Research and Development in NY.
He holds a Doctorate from Université Grenoble Alpes, an MSc in Physics from Trinity College Dublin, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Physics.
