The Fees and Charges list below apply to Individual Buy-to-Let Investors / Company Buy-to-Let Investors / Unit Trusts and Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV’s).
Standard Fees and Charges Applied
New Buy-to-Let Mortgage Application Fee
- 0.5% of mortgage amount
- This is capped to a maximum amount of €1,500 for an individual
- There is no cap for Companies, Unit Trusts or SPV’s

Interest surcharge (arrears)
– Subject to the provision of Chapter 3 of the Central Bank of Ireland’s Code of Conduct on Mortgage Arrears

Accountable Trust Receipt
– This fee is charged when a Solicitor requests the Title Deeds on behalf of our customers. The fee is not applicable where our customers are seeking additional funds on the same security.

Arrears
If you do not pay us a repayment instalment or other sum of money by the date you were due to pay it, we will continue to charge you interest on the amount that is outstanding, including the arrears, at the current rate of interest applied to your mortgage account.
In addition, we will charge you a monthly administration fee equivalent to 0.40% per annum of the total amount outstanding on your mortgage up to a maximum of €300 per month, for every month or part of a month that you remain in arrears.
