• Please notify us in the event of a death, by phone, email, or post.

• Please provide us with a certified copy of the death certificate or an interim death certificate. Your Solicitor can certify a copy by stamping it and sending it to us by email or in the post.

• A certified copy of the will naming the executors may need to be provided to us.

• A copy of the Grant of Probate/Grant of Administration will need to be provided to us.

• If your loved one has died but you are not a customer of ICS Mortgages you will need to provide us with a certified copy of proof of your identity and proof of residential address.

• If there is a mortgage protection policy in place, you will need to contact the life assurance company and provide us with the policy details if you have them.

• If a solicitor has been assigned to deal with matters, they will need to inform us in writing.
